I love Look Human!

I am more than thrilled by the products and prices offered by Look Human! I did my teenager’s school shopping here for cute and unique shirts and also ordered some stickers for Christmas.

Weird Glitch?

There was a weird glitch with the Search function that required me to refresh the page in order to see the next series of items. Might wanna get that looked at. Overall, a lovely experience otherwise.

I love Look Human so much!!

I always find the best stuff on Look Human. The t-shirts are really comfy and soft. Look Human is the best website for neurodivergent/LGBTQ people like me to find things that actually fit our personalities!!

Love the LOOK!

I've gotten shirts, flags, stickers, mugs, pins, cards, and probably more- I've loved everything and the themes make it easy to get a great gift! If I might make a personal suggestion- I'd love to see a tad more dark humor and therapy related things, that's my jam! But dark humor is like food- not everyone gets it.

This site has become the sole place where I get my shirts. When ever I go to work or hang out with friends, one of the first things people do is check which shirt I am wearing that day.

Product won't arrive in one piece

Don't order from these folks if you are on any kind of a deadline. They packaged my mug loosely in cardboard only, with no bubble wrap or anything to protect it from the normal process of shipping. Of course the mug arrived in pieces! I had paid extra for the fastest shipping available, so they should have been able to afford to put some decent packing material in there. When I emailed them for a replacement, they blamed the situation on the fact that they're just a small startup company, and they refused to ship a replacement overnight to me so that I could meet my deadline. This company cuts corners, so don't risk your money with them.

Love Their Mugs, Avoid Their Sweatshirts

I’ve purchased from this site a few times. The sweatshirt I ordered was nice quality but the print is wearing off after less than a month and I paid 40ish dollars for it including shipping. The mugs I got are great, I’m satisfied with them. They also have pretty good sales. I’d give them 5 stars if I wasn’t so upset about the sweatshirt print not holding up.

Don't survive one wash

So I ordered a shirt and I loved the printing on it. I got it and it was too small. In order to return it, I had to jump through a bunch of hoops so I just ordered the right size. It fit this time, but the first time I washed it, all the printing started to peel off. Customer service is garbage too.

Look Human is one of my favorite online shops! There is always something new when I browse and I have bought more than a handful of awesome gifts! Great customer service too as I did receive a broken item once and I was sent a replacement within a week.

Do any of you know how long it should take to get a confirmation email after you place your order?

You won't get one unless there is a problem with your order. If you have any questions you need to email them or 'try' to use the chat feature thats available during business hours... If anyone cares to respond.

I never received one, so I emailed them today, 2 days after ordering to ensure they had received the order. Gave them my order number and name and they sent me a tracking link saying it was on the way to me... that tracking link is completely wrong and not my order and now they didn't respond to that

I know there are size charts listed. I am a relatively average sized woman, shorter than most but not overweight. By some other sites I've shopped through such as zulily have extremely tiny clothing... Is this something I need to worry about on here. Or are they true to size. Are your shirts printed in the US as well?

The shirts run true to size for me. And as far as I can tell, they are printed in the US. All of my previous orders have shipped from Florida.
